Brother


We have this one relation called brother
It was always a mystery to me so I did not bother
They say that brothers mean solidarity
It’s an unbreakable bond even amidst adversity

A silent guardian in the time of trouble
When fear grips your heart and words begin to fumble
He is always there to protect you, guide you
Just give him a try, he will always be beside you

It is a blood bond that cannot be broken
You can rely on him when all seems to be forsaken
You can confide in him; he will be you vault
A vault is shut tight even when it is your fault

My brother is my friend, he is my mentor
I love him to bits, this I say with candour
Thank you, my brother, for always being by my side
I respect your presence, in your brotherhood I delight

So, I say this as I close to all of you
Respect your brother, coz he is always there for you
Trust in his guidance, trust in his insight
You will never go wrong even when all seems tight
