Celebrate

The world may have many sorrows, situations tend to berate
But as we are children of the living God, we always celebrate
Some say “I am jobless”, some say “I am ill”
But even if that maybe, I will say “Being with God is always a thrill”

Friends may leave us; our finances may run dry
But our God is great, he will always hear our heart’s cry
Even though I err, I am prone to make mistakes
He knows I am human and blesses me for his sake

“What should I do, the situation looks bleak”
Our faith seems to nosedive, our spirit feels weak
Frustrations seems to creep in, we tend to exasperate
My faith is renewed in my God so I will always celebrate

“Those who believe in the Lord will renew their strength”
To keep you safe, our God will go to any length
Always be thankful to him, be full of gratitude
Meditate on his word and it will change your attitude

There are times you feel low, times when you reel
Feelings betray us, his love is what we need to feel
If you are feeling low, look up to him and supplicate
Your prayers he will answer and you will celebrate

A message to celebrate

Brothers and sisters……we will always have problems; we will be in situations where we feel overpowered. We as humans tend to get frustrated and suddenly our focus of attention shifts from your Lord above to the problem. That’s where we err and declare that the problem is bigger than our God. If you face problems and situations that feel overwhelming congratulations you are human. But when you trust on the Lord almighty choose to rejoice and be glad then when you prove you are a “CHRISTIAN” (for me Christian is a combination of 2 words Christ’s Titan”)

For those you are going through those overwhelming problems and situation I would you to memorize and recite the below scripture and you will feel blessed. You will always celebrate
John 16:33 - "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
