Faith


In our daily walk with God we all need faith
Without it life would seem like you have seen a wraith
Faith is a foundation we would not want to miss
Without it you will always hear the that snake hiss

The bible says “Faith without actions is dead”
Life without faith is a path you don’t want to tread
Faiths keeps us going when things seem dire
Faith will give you support to walk out of the slippery mire

Faith says “Yes”, when all the world says is “No”
This is the fact of life you’d better know
Faith means trusting in God no matter what
Keep the faith and satan’s plans will you thwart

Joseph had faith in God even though his life seemed like a mess
It was his faith that pulled him through and he wore Egypt’s royal dress
Faith means walking against the storm knowing that you will reach
You will reach your destination and all fear will you impeach

Faith and fear never go along with each other
With fear out of the way faith will become your life’s banner
Fear will always show you a world that does it exist
By faith on your side, in God’s kingdom will you enlist

My heart will always say that I have faith in my God
Because of him the faith in me is lightening rod
Bothers and Sisters may our faith in God never diminish
Always be on your guard this I gently admonish
Faith will show you the way when all seems awry
Faith will be you armour made from God’s own foundry
Life will always its challenges, you will feel heavy laden
Faith will carve the way, that our God left for us to go to heaven
