Mother


What a beautiful person we have in our Mother’s
When all that she does is with her love she smothers
A person who knows you through and through
All what she knows is how to protect you

She is the one who created you, given you life
She has always enhanced your happiness, made it rife
Your every desire is her command no matter what be the cost
No matter how expensive it is, she will let her funds exhaust

Nine months she keeps you, bore you despite the pain
Awaited the moment you came, then the joy was her gain
When you were a toddler you were all her attention
Now that you have grown up all she needs is your affection

Don’t ever forget the sleepless nights she had to tend for you
This was an unconditional sacrifice, forget it and you will rue
Her countless prayers to the almighty for your protection
Hear tears for you have become your benediction

Ohh God I really want to thank you making a mother
Such a vital relation that bonds us together
Mother I love you, you are always my mentor
In my life you have always been the major contributor

John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”, so true it is. Our God really loves us so much, if we look at it another angle we can also say that our “Mother’s loved us so much the she bore us and bought us in this world so that we may serve the eternal God”. God knew that he cannot be with us in person so he sent us our priceless Mother so we can understand his love.
You are her achievement, make sure that you make it worthwhile. God have so much importance for parents that Obeying our parents is the only commandment with a blessing. Ironic isn’t it that when you were little you needed her and she was there for you. Now that you have grown up she needs you, it is our moral and godly responsibility to be there for her. It’s really hard to understand a “Mother’s heart” but I know it is filled with sacrificial love. I just want to close with the below verses

Proverbs 31:10 – “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies”
Proverbs 31:28-31 – “28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
    her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women do noble things,
    but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
    but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,
    and let her works bring her praise at the city gate”
